The Expaflat Expanded Metal Machine

The Expaflat Overdriven features both the expander and flattener to give you a reasonably quiet, secure piece of machinery. The low vibrations are achieved by the extra weight of the flattener rolls which are incorporated into the expander frame, this design will ensure quality material is processed and enhance overall performance. The easy and secure flow of the material into the flattener allows you to avoid any contact with the rolls or mesh. Widths are available up to 72 inches or 1.5 meters. This model also requires less space because of the compacted machinery layout.

The control panels can be provided with basic, intermediate, and advanced controls. The control panel is customized to work in conjunction with the expanded metal machinery and auxiliary equipment. This Volcano Series features a state of the art electric panel with touch controls, servo drives, motor drives, PLC, and an internet ready speed control interface with key performance characteristics display panel. Accessible from any high-speed internet connection.

The Expanded Metal Press includes a Servo Motor, an automatic lubrication system, and its dynamic counter is balanced to assure a quiet operation, up to 72 inches wide, and it is capable of producing mesh up to 9 gage metal.

Flattener up to 20” in diameter up 60” wide, this includes a high torque drive.
